    Your hair appointment will take anywhere from 1 hour and can even go up to 6 hours for a transformation so we recommend parking sensibly, planning the perfect Netflix binge and your fave Uber Eats delivery.

    We also have an extensive complimentary menu offering some of the most refreshing beverages paired with delicious snacks. Working from home? That’s no problem - bring your laptop and work while you’re stylist works hair artistry.

    Upon your consultation, your stylist will give you a price breakdown of the services you're receiving, and a time estimate for how long you will be in the salon.

    Josh Carr Colourist has recently transitioned from being a freelance specialist to salon owner, we are so excited to invite you to this totally new beautiful location!

    Ellow The SALON is located at 1B/10-12 Roger Street Brookvale, next to our neighbours Brotherhood Barber Studio, we are 4 shops up from chemist warehouse Brookvale.

    The salon is a 4 minute walk from Warringah Mall B-Line Bus stop. If you’re driving, you can park in Warringah Mall for up to 3 hours free, Roger Steet, Dale Street or on the residential streets. When having bigger services/colours its highly recommend to park at Westfield. We advise planning your trip and parking when coming to the salon to avoid being late.

    We also recommend allowing yourself an extra 10 - 15 minutes to park and walk over if you’re new to the area.

  • The Fine Print: Cancelations + Late Policy

    A non-refundable booking fee of $75.00 will be taken for all appointments. This will go towards the cost of your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 prior to your booking, the fee will rollover to your next appointment. However, if you reschedule or cancel with 48 hours of your appointment, or you do not show, you forfeit the booking fee entirely.

    Kindly be aware that cancelling your appointment 12 hours before requires a 50% payment of the missed appointment, before any future appointments can be rebooked, canceling your appointment on the day or not turning up for your appointment requires a 100% payment for the missed service before any future appointments are booked.

Debunking the Myth: Clean Hair for Better Colour

You may have heard the old wives’ tale that arriving at the salon with dirty hair helps colour take better, or your stylist prefers dirty hair. This is actually a misconception! In reality, coming in with clean, dry hair is far more beneficial for achieving an even colour or better foil lift.

Oily hair can hinder full coverage, especially for grey hair, and can delay the lifting process for those beautiful blonde foils you desire.

We want you to love your colour as much as we do, which is why we always recommend arriving with freshly washed hair. This ensures the best results and allows us to guarantee how our colour will perform.
